Vetter UK was appointed to undertake internal stone cladding and flooring to the main entrance wall and floor tiling and screeding packages to the 10 levels of central cores including lift lobbies, rest room areas and corridors to the building which will be a 200,000 sq ft net zero office building when complete later this year.

There are substantially sized changing facilities in the basement and lower ground mezzanine levels that are part of the scope for flooring and wall tiling all of which total 2800m2 of tiling.

In addition, we are also responsible for external hard landscaping to the courtyard, lift car park access and arcade which form part of the new landscaped public realm. This is circa 1600m2 predominantly UK sourced sandstones and granite banding.
