Vetter UK’s pre-construction and design teams worked closely with the client during the stone selection process, collaborating with our extensive supplier networks throughout the UK and Europe to arrange samples, range visits and testing to ensure the correct materials were chosen both aesthetically and technically. Due to the high specification and requirement for vein and book matching of the stone throughout the development, everything was dry laid and inspected prior to delivery to site.
We were responsible for the design, supply and installation of 6,000m² of stone to the apartments, 1,800m² of stone to the internal common areas including a curved staircase to the reception grand hall, with a feature atrium cladding wall that rises from the basement to the third floor, and 1,100m² of stone to the external areas. On site our directly employed team of operatives provided high class installation to minimal tolerances ensuring even the smallest of detail was done to the highest quality.
