Completed in 2022, Vetter UK were responsible for the delivery of the external precast concrete cladding, internal tiling and screeding packages.
Cladding
The installation of 406 precast concrete punch panels that form the external façade of the building, all of which were manufactured by sister company Explore Manufacturing at the Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction.
Tiling
The supply and installation of 800m² of Italian terrazzo tiling to the lift lobbies and reception area, 900m² of porcelain tiling to toilets on all levels and the shower area on the ground floor, 170m² of granite flooring inclusive of granite setts from Portugal and pavers from Spain, as well as 660m² of screeding.
